#17 AUTOKILL
Hi,
It would be nice for Undernet users to have an autokill option for their username... something like:
/msg X set AUTOKILL ON/OFF
when this feature is on, if someone logins to X, with the right password and the maxlogins setting is exceeded all the other sessions are killed.. or u could make a command which kills only the selected nick(s)(pretty good, if maxlogins>1).
I consider this to be very usefull, considering that UnderNet users have their maxlogins set to 1 and they can't login until their ghost quits.
This setting is set by the user who is logged in, same as invisible, so it won't make an abusive action of this.

I don't think Undernet will adopt this policy, but I will work on adding it into mod.cservice for other networks to use.

This will translate as a 'ghost' command rather than an automatic kill (Similar to dalnet's nickserv ghost command)
suggested syntax: /msg X ghost <nick> <user> <pass>
where <nick> will be checked that it is logged in as <user>, and that user/pass match of course.
As explained earlier, this feature will NOT be available on Undernet.

Yes, however i can't submit the patch as it is - I will need to modify it in-line with current cservice policies (and update it to work with the latest edition of gnuworld). I may also need to change the way it works.
Although it wont be permitted to be used on Undernet at the moment, it may in future.

This is one Undernet can not implement as the Undernet Admins do not want to give X the power to /kill at all. However the ability to login a second time from the same user@host negates the need for this.
