#12 Hide Channel Access

Hi all,
What do you think about add a feature to hide the
channel access list? It could be added a new channel
setting:

/msg x set #MyChannel invisible 450
So only people with 450+ in the channel would be able
to use /msg x access #MyChannel Some-User. It would
be usefull for help channels and I think it'll
decrease the number of lammers asking for access...

I know that there is a SET SPECIAL flag, but it
doesn't disallow the /msg x access...

allowing users to see the access list can be useful (e.g. to locate an op to report a problem to). I think this needs a little more discussion before it is implemented.
I wont close it yet, pending more discussion.

The Special flag blocks everyone without access in the channel from using the access command.
