I've tried for some days before posting that ... for example :

http://www.geocrawler.com/redir-sf.php3?list=gnuwin32-users

is the link i've found in gnuwin32 site ... it gives me :

Not Found
The requested URL /redir-sf.php3 was not found on this server.
