I'm trying to use GSL with BuilderC++. I took the example program of
multiminimization. I got the dll's with the apropriate .lib files
(libgsl-bcc.lib). It get compiled but I get the following error on th
line
s->state =3D malloc (T->size);

Project multimin.exe raised exception class EAccessViolation with
message 'Access violation at address 004020A5 in module 'multimin.exe=
'.
Read of address ...

Can someone help me?

MessageUsers have found that the Borland import libraries for use with th=
e
GSL dynamic link library (DLL) didn't work correctly. See also earlier di=
scussions
on this list or the GSL list.
So, at the moment, Gnuwin32 does not provide Borland import libraries for=
 GSL anymore,
and use of libraries provided in earlier releases is discouraged, until a=
 more thorough investigation
has shown how to build correctly working libraries.
