#96 CMake support for libintl

Hi,

Thanks for the effort to make libintl available on Windows. I have maintained a patched version of libintl 0.14.4 from this project to make it easier to build with CMake, the patch can be seen here: https://github.com/BLumia/libintl/commit/5d6d942675518a726c14145e599c2eebb9f1300e

I'd like to see if it's possible to upstream this patch to the main GNUWin32 libintl project. Any suggestions about the possibility and/or what should I do next?
