#83 upgrade id-utils to 4.5
Since there have a release in gnu id-utils recently, by now its version is 4.5 and could be download here for unix/linux user: ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/idutils/idutils-4.5.tar.gz
I hope the version of id-utils in GnuWin32 can come with this new release, it have some great useful features including specific filename list for indexing.
