#297 Intermitent warning about font initialization

Under circumstances I could still pinpoint to a reproduceble case, sometimes I receive be it in the Windows GUI or calling via command line the following message:

Warning: slow font initializationqt_processTermEvent received a GE_fontprops event. This should not have happened

I can ascertain that be it qt or wxt terminals have shown this warning.

As the message comes with the "This should not have happened" I share my worries.

It happens in 6.0.1 or 6.1.0 (mingw) in Windows 10, Home single language, 22H2.
