#109 _refaxis variation of _zeroaxis settings

Its easy to use the _zeroaxis settings, but it would be nice
to have an option to place "internal" axes at any desired
reference value not just zero. This could be just an optional
number immediately following any _zeroaxis keyword or
maybe a whole new set called _refaxis.
