I presently display 3d surface plots on the web as static images

Is there a way to do this an interactive plot in the web browser, i.e. rotatable with the mouse?
Can the SVG or Canvas terminals do this?
I checked the online demos at http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net/demo/ hoping to find an example, but I could not find any that are rotatable.
