Dear all,
a have a problem greating a 2d map. The map shows a distribution and the integration of that distribution over the complete map gives 100%. I am able to create isolines. Now I would like to calculated the integral of that what is encircled by the isoline. An example distribution is shown below. I have a result for each grid point. The points inbetween are interpolated by gnuplot. The green line is an isoline and I would like to know how much of the distribution is placed inside this isoline. I there a way to do that?!
