Incorrect presentation of a plot

Hi at all,

i've got a problem with a fluka simulation of an cylinder filled with water surrounded with CO². The calculation runs correctly and the GeoViwer shows the right geometry with the right areas but the result on gnuplot is not correct. The representation of the areas is wrong. I have attached a picture with this Mail.

Giving some insight on what commands you are issuing and what data you are
plotting may result in some help.
