#2855 http://gnuplot.info/help.html links no longer working

Hi,

I've been trying to find some German language information on the web site and found that all the links in the "German" section of the web page are no longer working.
And while it's annoying to lose so much history, I think you might be able to save your users some disappointment by perhaps pointing to archive.org versions, or just removing them from the official site.
