#2704 outdated info in readme_windows.txt

That file hasn't been updated in a while (Jan 2022).

• binary gnuplot_qt.exe isnt mentioned
• text says it's from the (5.5) development branch (both in binary and on git/master and 6.0-stable)
• says wxt is default when actually windows is preselected in installer (should wxt become default again?)
• perhaps a few words on the issues with wxt/multithreading/wxt3/etc. that were present throughout gp5 ?
  --> are those resolved ? I saw that the wxt has gone back to single threaded completely? Are they resolved under windows, too?

Btw. many thanks for the 6.0pl0 binary!

Ya, It is outdated. Patches are prepared.
For gnuplot_qt.exe, it is mere a driver file so that it is not mentioned.
Now qt termianal is default. It is fixed in the patch.
Multi threaded on wxt has not been applied on windows.

To the best of my knowledge the problems with wxt have been caused by the wxgtk library. wx uses a different support library (not gtk) under Windows.
