From the point of view of a user, at this time version 6.0 and 6.1 are essentially the same except that version 6.1 contains a new plot style with hsteps. This new feature was added last month by Hiroki Motoyoshi.
My understanding is that you have kept the Japanese translation of gnuplot.doc up to date for version 6.0. That translation is appropriate for both 6.0 and 6.1, except that it does not yet contain the section describing with hsteps. Therefore I have used the same files gnuplot-ja.doc and title-ja.tex to produce Japanese documentation for both 6.0 and 6.1.
Please correct me if I have misunderstood.
As we continue development and add new features, version 6.1 will begin to diverge from version 6.0. When description of those new features is added to gnuplot-ja.doc for version 6.1 then it will be appropriate to change the version label in title-ja.tex to indicate that the user manual for 6.1 is different from the user manual for 6.0.
