#2578 mouse zooming is broken in wxt: button has loose connection in wxt

The mouse zooming in the wxt terminal is broken, or let's say sketchy.

On right-click, the zoom window appears and then changes dimensions when moving the mouse, but on the second right-click, it just closes again, and nothing happens. Every now and then, after 3-10 tries, the zooming IS however applied.

Zooming via mouse wheel works fine, and I see no similar behaviour in qt or windows terminals. (This is on win10, gp5.4.5 default installer from sf.net).

Seems it doesn't depend on what's in the plot, e.g. "plot sin(x)".

I cofirmed the bug.
The bug is windows specific. The bug apprears on 5.4.4 and 5.4.5 and 5.5 and 6.1.
Before 5.4.3, the bug does not appear.
