#1765 "make" from the released 16.01 version tries to run autotools

When building codeblocks from the released tarball, the build fails, most likely due to some timestamping problems (but I cannot influence those):

Mojca, this is the gnuplot bug tracker... I guess you wanted to submit this to the Code::Blocks tracker instead.

Arghhh. I'm sorry. I had both pages opened (which looked exactly the same) and clicked on the wrong one without double-checking. Please close or delete the ticket and thank you for the notice (I would never figure out that I wrote to the wrong tracker myself).
