#1503 [lua tikz] Missing internal initialization of some variables

Some variables in the gnuplot-tikz.lua script aren't initialized correctly. The command

set terminal lua tikz header '\usepackage{blindtext}'

issues an error. The attached patch fixes this (required for 5.0 and CVS).
