#1452 Textcolor linetype selects wrong colors

Using textcolor lt ... doesn't select the color of the respective line type, but that one of the old, default color set:

set xlabel 'Wrong color' textcolor lt 1
set ylabel 'Correct color' textcolor ls 1

plot x linetype 1

Amazing that no one noticed before now.
Fixed in CVS, I think. It is possible that the fix may cause problems with "fillstyle ... border <lt>". It seems to work OK but from looking at the code I worry a bit that the linetype is applied twice. Perhaps harmless, perhaps not.</lt>
