#2 reading gedcom file gives unwanted result

The gedcom file i have is giving strange results.

1:
The gedcom standard allows the following:
0 @I1049550035@ INDI
1 RIN 1049550035
1 NAME GIVName/SURName/
1 SEX M
without using the tags GIVN and SURN it should use the names given on the NAME line.
After the import i have a database without names (well the NICK names are imported).
