Is this library also used by the PalmOS ssh client (top gun ssh)?
If true, that means i don't have to install the SSLeay lib if i already
installed a recent version of tgssh?

I think i've heard some discussions before about enhancing the entropy
generator in gnukeyring. Was that change included in 1.2?
