One suggestion is that you should be able to define "templates" for different types of information that you might want to store, and only one of them is "Name/Account/Password/Notes". However, this feels a little like overkill for a Palm application. On the other hand having no structure at all feels insufficient, because a lot of information does have headings in this way.
