There are no such plans.  AFAIK Android doesn't support palm
applications, so this would mean almost a complete rewrite. If there
are already password managers for android you can try to convert your
data.  I have a small xml export utility
(http://hoenicke.ath.cx/keyring2-pre/) so you can get your data in a
more portable but unencrypted format.
