#155 2.0pre6: Keyring Font

Just tested 2.0pre6 on the Cobalt simulator and found
the password is not hidden anymore, even if the option
"hide password" is checked.
On the other hand PalmOS Garnet Simulator 5.4.0.0 works
as expected.

In addition to that: the Keyring font looks a bit ugly
on the simulators, probably due to lower resolution it
is generated for?

And yes, I know there is no physical device using
Cobalt on the market yet and probably never will be. :-(

I'm not sure, why PalmOS Cobalt simulator does not work.
Did they drop low-resolution custom font support? That
would probably break more apps than just keyring.

Nonetheless, I have just added high-resolution fonts to the
CVS repository. The main problem is to find a good looking
font which cleanly distinguishes 1,l,I,|. I tried Bitstream
Vera Mono, with slight modifications.

Disadvantage: Executable grows by more than 11KB. It gets
even worse if we need a 1.5 density font for 240x240
displays. And the code does not work for older
high-resolution palm that are not PalmOS 5.x.
