 I personally use mutt as MUA and this list is configured as mailinglist
in my .muttrc. When I wanna reply to the list I just press shift-L and the
reply to is set correctly. So if someone sets a follow-up header it will
also send CC to the one. In short: If you use a good and rfc compatible
MUA this should be no problem and not needed to change the Reply-To
header.
