GCSORT: minor gentestcase update

* Makefile: cleanup (with the expectation that GC is commonly installed in system directories
* gcsort_gentestcase.h: add missing system header, only define structs, not variables
* gencfg.h: define helper variables as static, preventing export and duplicated symbols on link

GCSORT: minor updates for testsuite setup

* remove temporary folders from SVN and svn-ignore them
* creating temporary folders in compile script
* use only a single script for Linux and MinGW (by compiling to default name in output folder)
