#825 GCSORT - join.h missing

Hi,
When I try to build the latest version of GCSORT 1.03.03 I get the following error:
make: *** No rule to make target join.h', needed bygcsort.o'. Stop.

The file join.h is not present in the repository. Where I can find the file?
