#1217 Fixes for missing features as RW standards

Three requested features from the current v3.2 release from the feature request area :

1. Provide facility for Line (number) to also have Line variable + number, where variable is declared in WS to allow for a offset and where variable can be signed providing total value is positive and greater than zero.

2. As a follow on from 1.A - for Column to be able to do the same to allow for offset from left most position. Both feature requests to support preprinted form printing where printer are not the same set ups because of hardware problem such as rollers and or pinch / grab handles for paper control.

3. To support VARYING as defined in the RW standards which is currently not being supported.

Features 1 & 2 would possibly need the runtime to support this as possibly currently values for line and column are created by the compiler and fixed coding and these changes would likely require it to be done when program runs.

Many pre-printed forms positioning vary depending on the printer used and currently require source code to be modified to match up printer requirements.

This suggested change would mitigate the problem.
