#1210 Some further adjustments to the Literals chapter

After a quick meeting with Simon, I made some further adjustments to the Literals chapter for the "acu" constants.
I also reduced the width of the COBOL source with the examples, so it should now print without being truncated or needing to break the source line.
I also added an image with the new extended code colors.
