It looks like the nightly snapshot builds for version 3.3 hasn’t run in over a month.

Would it be possible to run these? The artifacts appear to have been removed.

The older Ubuntu environments on appveyor also used in the CI environment were not starting and therefore all builds failed. This is fixed so all of the nightly builds pass now and the "redirection download link for the last all-sucessful-build" works again.

Note: the referenced page has a link to the "build history" where you can also see "partially passing" builds that provide the downloads.
