#27 menu option: disable command executed on new mail

Nearly every resident email checker that can play a
sound when new mail arrives has a menu item labeled
"Mute" or something similar. In gnubiff, this could (as
minimal solution) be an menu option "disable new mail
command" - I suppose I am not the only person who has a
new mail sound (I use "/usr/bin/aplay /.../NewMail.wav"
as new mail command).

Why should only the other applets have this cool option?
