When a message is filtered using e.g. filter_global_first, it is downloaded every time a mailbox is checked, instead of only once like other messages. I suppose that isn't correct behaviour. I think I've managed to fix it in my local running copy. I attached a patch (though probably the wrong format).

Please take a look at it and tell me if it's correct.
