#92 The peripherals registers view (no device list)

I was trying to use peripherals registers view. But I can not associate a device to the project. On the Device tab I see message: "No devices avaible, install packs first".
Also, inside the console tab window:

I was read ticket #89 "Packs install", but nothing helped me (include /updates-test)...

FYI, I just fixed a bug also affecting the Peripheral views, you can install the beta version from

http://gnuarmeclipse.sourceforge.net/updates-test
