It is not entirely clear to me that we should list AdaCore as a partner.
Clearly they do all the heavy lifting when it comes to Ada support in GCC however it is not clear how they would feel about this project calling them a partner. (Which implies some sort of a two-way agreement).
It is not that I am saying that AdaCore cares that we are making prebuilt binaries available. I just don't think that it is appropriate to list them as a partner which could imply an endorsement of the quality of the distributions from this site.

Seems better. I might tweak it a little later.

I allways planned to have some explanation added - which I now did. (did you notice that the partners are all chapter headings)
If you think it is still not clear enough than you can allways make additional changes. The Wiki has a history so you can't destroy anything.
