#1 Getting SMTP to work

Troy needs to get the SMTP module to send mail. I
know it worked before, but the code was ugly. Hurry
up and clean out the code so it will send. After
that, look at RFC 822 and set the appropriate SMTP
Headers. After all, SMTP is the easierst of all the
protocols to implement.
