I've deployed and trying to run the 5.30 version of Gnomex software. I am able to login in as admin, but I am getting an error "An error occurred getting launch properties" in the application message box, and a blank page after acknowledgement. No help from the tomcat logs.
I am trying to deploy this application and use it in our new Genomics Lab. My testing environment is set on Windows 7 64bit machine with Java 1.8 SDK, Tomcat 7.0.64, and MySQL Server 5.6.
Your help will be really appreciated.
