#522 Copying into clipboard without formatting

I am writing a book about New Testament using LibreOffice rich text editor.

Every time I copy a verse or several verses from Xiphos to LibreOffice, the text is with fancy color big font formatting and verse numbers are hyperlinks. I need to clean both text formatting and hyperlinks after every copy-and-paste. This is very inconvenient.

Please make the possibility to make Bible text into clipboard in plain text format, without rich text formatting.

if you copy using ctrl-C, then you're at the mercy of Linux' desktop behavior or Windows' session management. we have no control over that from xiphos.

if you copy using Copy/Export Passage from xiphos' context (right-click) menu, select Plain Text and you'll get straight content with no formatting controls.

Another possibility is to paste special without formatting in Libreoffice
