#469 Note layout in Xiphos

Hi all,

Not really important : Xiphos does not use the numbering which is in the module (n attribute if exists), and I don\'t think this is the normal behaviour.
I think BibleTime use the good way, don\'t you think ?

Moreover, Xiphos only show reference(s) in a crossReference note, but don\'t show content !
I just want to give an example with the FreJND french module (available in Crosswire Beta), some notes have a crossReference type, Xiphos offers to show related verse(s) but don\'t show content, like BibleTime. Please see attached file to

[a] updates to n=X handling are present in about-to-be-released 3.1.5. the base code has been present for some months, and with a recent sword engine update, xiphos now provides e.g. *n23 in notes.
[b] xrefs list elements in previewer are clickable.
[c] preferences now provide for whether xrefs go as a list to previewer -vs- into the verse list with the 1st xref'd verse in the previewer.
