#5 Exception using .deb with Ubuntu Hardy

I also find there is no Gnome-GMail option in the System/Preferences/PreferedApps/Mail only Evolution and SeaMonkey are offered; I manually added "/usr/bin/gnome-gmail %s" as a Custom option, but then discovered the above exception when using that command from a terminal

I developed on Fedora 11-12 and Ubuntu Karmic. The app should either work with old Python versions or refuse to install.
