[gnome-find-users] ANNOUNCE: gnome-find v0.3 released

gnome-find v0.3 has been released.

The major highlights of this release include:
- A few bug fixes.
- Spanish and Russian translations.
- Implemented searching using boolean tests for atime, ctime, and
  mtime (-amin, -atime, -anewer, -cmin, -ctime, -cnewer, -mmin,
  -mtime, and -mnewer options).

A much more complete list of items to be completed can be found in the
TODO file, included in the source distribution.
