#13 how to install DBI.pm, DBD/mysql.pm

i have installed mysql through ppm. how to install the
optional modules.i need to install DBI.ppm,DBD/mysql.pm
.plz give me the method.i need to load
the data from the gff file to mysql.
if i try with out the optional modules i am having the
