Thank you for importing the project "apollo" into the
gmod.sourceforge.net, from the tarball we supplied.
Unfortunately there was a problem, presumably with
permissions.
Here is a transcript of what happens when I try to
check out code:
cvs -d
:ext:cmungall@cvs.geneontology.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/gmod
co apollo
cmungall@cvs.geneontology.sourceforge.net's password:
cvs server: Updating apollo
cvs server: failed to create lock directory in
repository `/cvsroot/gmod/apollo': Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/cvsroot/gmod/apollo'
This is the same for all GMOD project members.
Also the same for anonymous checkout:
cvs
-d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.gmod.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/gmod
login
(Logging in to anonymous@cvs.gmod.sourceforge.net)
CVS password:
apollo/anon> cvs
-d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.gmod.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/gmod
co
apollo
cvs server: Updating apollo
cvs server: failed to create lock directory in
repository `/cvsroot/gmod/apollo': Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/cvsroot/gmod/apollo'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

I was just wondering what the status of fixing this problem
is. Until this is fixed we are obviously hosed.
