Hi Everyone, The path to a Drupal 7 compatible Tripal and a fully-fledged project on Drupal.org requires us to conform to Drupal coding standards. The standards are detailed here: http://drupal.org/coding-standards and http://drupal.org/node/1354. The Coder Module (http://drupal.org/project/coder ) will review any code you've written and point out sections that don't conform. Please install this on your development site (make sure to apply both these patches: http://drupal.org/files/coder-cache-clear.patch and http://drupal.org/files/coder-bad-path.patch ) and use it to ensure that you are not adding in non-conforming code. To use simply go to <your drupal site>/coder and select all the Reviews (except those for converting modules) and select the tripal module you made changes to under "Select specific modules". Coder also has drush integration -to use with drush simply enter the following command: drush coder no-empty <tripal module name>. Currently each module returns thousands of errors so don't bother with code review on modules I haven't gotten to yet (currently only worry about changes made to tripal_core). You are welcome to help out with this change by checking out 6.x-1617096-unify_coding_style and pushing your changes as you make them :) I'll email out every time a new module conforms to drupal coding standards (and thus needs to be checked by coder)/ Thanks, ~Lacey ------------------------------------------------------ Lacey-Anne Sanderson Bioinformaticist Pulse Crop Breeding and Genetics Phone: (306) 966-4975 Email: lac...@sh...
