Wanted to give a 'heads up'; I committed a fix to GFF3Loader in  
bioperl for escaped/unescaped commas:

I haven't seen any problems with Bio::DB::SeqFeature-related tests,  
but it might be worth keeping an eye out for possible problems in  
case we need to roll it back.
