On GBrowse 2.44, there is a problem with generated URLs for snapshots, which might be a result of an off-by-one error. To reproduce, I did these things:

1. When you create your first snapshop, the share and email links don't work.

2. After deleting the first snapshot and creating a new one, the email
and share links work, but the emailed link loads the first (now
deleted) snapshot.

This appears to have been fixed as the side-effect of fixing the other reported snapshot bugs.
