hi,
I am running GMCloser with long Pacbio reads and getting these messages:

(ERR): bowtie2-align exited with value 1
Still, the script does not crush and continue to run.
I wonder what do I do wrong?

It did run with the short reads correctly and closed part of the gaps in the assembly successfully.,..
