[marathon-general] To Ignacio: Want ChangeLog.html generation

Hi Ignacio,
Happy New Year to you!

New year new problems ;) ... not really, when I tried to use Want based
ChangeLog generation I failed due to the following error:
[d:\work\firebird\marathon\gmarathon]build changelog
buildfile: /d:/Work/Firebird/Marathon/gmarathon/want.xml

changelog:
[cvschangelog] Exit code was 1

BUILD FAILED

The interesting part is that when I was able to build the ChangeLog.html in
the past but can't get it to work right now...

Any ideas?
