Have a look at the official_snapshots target (near the end), first the 
release.ini is checked out to the dist dir, then the build number should 
be raised so that the commit afterwards succeeds.

I would also like to have the build number in the filename itself. 
Because I haven't tried it yet, do you know if Want supports the Ant 
Move task?
