#4 Grant/Revoke in Grants pane

Currently if your viewing a table window and you go
to the Grants Pane, it currently only lists the various
access granted to users and roles. It would be useful
if the context menu for this pane allowed the user to
select an entry to delete the permission (Revoke), or
to create a new permission.

Also, it would be useful if Marathon had the ability to
add/delete/modify users; Under "System Administration"
perhaps. It would be also useful if there was a way to
add/delete Roles as well; I'm not going to suggest
where this should go as I'm not clear if Roles are
Server wide (in which case they should be under "System
Administration" or per DB (in which case they should
be a collection under each database as per the other
objects.
