#46 GLE version for mac Catalina OS?

GLE (Graphics Layout Engine) is a wonderful package that I have used for many years on my mac laptop and desktop. I recently upgraded my imac to the Catalina OS and it no longer supports the current version of gle as they have transitioned from using 32-bit applications to 64-bit applications. Will a version of GLE be made available that will work on the latest macos? (I sure hope so ... and soon)

I have been working on using cmake to build 32 and 64 bit executables -this should enable building for 64bit executable for osx.

Since version 3.4.0 released 2020-Nov-5 gle and even qgleapp tarballs work fine for me on catalina. See comments on this gist for script/method I use to install with homebrew as a diy: https://gist.github.com/porteusconf/cd1de43d4cab3cce8a3454a672d550f7 So I think this feature-request can be closed out now. But note you can not use the gle-graphics-4.2.4c-exe-mac.dmg file contains an old 32-bit version /Volumes/gle-graphics-4.2.3b dated March 14, 2012 at 6:39 PM, and so on catalina won't run. You have to get any one of the 4.3.0 version tarballs, and I recommend doing steps in gist to put it in your path with brew link gle

latest 64 bit build of 4.3.0 is confirmed to work on Catalina
