the curl.easy.httpHeader  property does not exist.

assigning values does not work, the headers are not used / sent.
// headers not sent / replaced
easy.setopt(curl.Option.HTTPHEADER, 'KwezSpecialHeader:MoiMeme');
easy.setopt(curl.Option.HTTPHEADER, 'Accept:text/plain');

Just found out that using an Array doesn't work either. It must be an
array, but the POCO SpiderMonkey framework doesn't convert the JavaScript
Array to a C++ Array object.

The HTTPHEADER option expect an Array. Can you try again as follows:

var headers = new Array();
headers[0] = 'KwezSpecialHeader:MoiMeme';
headers[1] = 'Accept:text/plain'
easy.setopt(curl.Option.HTTPHEADER, headers);
